We use your information to reply to enquiries, deliver and improve our services, send the reports and updates you asked for, measure advertising performance, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
Our site, and the sites we build for clients, use cookies and tools such as Google Analytics and the Google Ads conversion tag to understand traffic and measure results. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
If you call us, use a booking link, or message a number connected to one of our AI booking or missed-call text-back systems, we process the details of that interaction (such as your phone number, the appointment you request and the messages you send) to respond and to book or confirm your appointment. Where we send appointment reminders or follow-up texts, we do so based on the contact information and consent you provide, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or telling us directly.
Some calls to numbers connected to our AI voice agent are answered and handled by an automated system that interprets what you say in order to answer questions and book your appointment. The details of that conversation are processed for that purpose and may be recorded or transcribed to confirm bookings and improve accuracy. You can ask to speak with a person at any time.
We share data only with the service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, analytics, advertising, email and booking platforms, and only as needed to deliver your service. Each provider is bound to protect your information and use it only for the service they provide to us.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure.
You own your website, your domain and your customer data. If we ever part ways, all of it stays with you. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time, and we will respond as required by applicable Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).
